How to use: Rub on body for the heat but avoid the mouth and eyes. 

This is a salve so it will be thicker than a standard lotion.

Ingredients: Avocado oil, grapeseed oil, shea butter, coconut oil, beeswax, arnica and red pepper infused oil, and essential oil blend.
